Based on the historic London Dry recipe, our Dry Gin takes the taste experience much further – resulting in a larger and longer taste profile. We start by using our award-winning organic vodka with its heart copper distilled 34 times for extra flavor and smoothness as a base. We then infuse a complex collection of herbs and berries, such as juniper, basil and thyme, lingonberry, European blueberries and lavender, which are blended during distillation for maximum botanical flavor.

SIGNATURE GIN & TONIC
The history of the gin and tonic is intertwined with the British colonial era and the quest to combat malaria. In the 19th century, British officers and colonizers stationed in tropical regions like India faced the challenge of malaria, a mosquito-borne disease. Quinine, derived from the bark of the cinchona tree, was found to have medicinal properties against malaria.
To make the bitter quinine more palatable, British officers began mixing it with soda water, sugar, and lime. It was soon discovered that adding gin to the mixture not only improved the taste but also provided a pleasant alcoholic kick. This led to the birth of the gin and tonic as we know it today.
The perfect mix, 1-2-2.
Ingredients
1 part Purity London Dry Gin
2 parts premium tonic water
Lemon twist
Rosemary sprig
Method
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes to the top. Pour the gin gentle over the ice, ensuring a generous measure of 1.5 oz (45 ml). Add 2 parts tonic water, to the glass. Gently stir the mixture with a bar spoon to combine the flavors. Choose two garnishes to enhance the aroma and visual appeal of your gin and tonic. Consider adding citrus slices (such as lemon, lime, or grapefruit), fresh herbs (such as mint, basil, or rosemary), berries (such as raspberries or strawberries), or even a pinch of spices (such as cinnamon or cardamom). Place them gently on top of the drink.
Give the garnishes a slight stir to release their flavors into the cocktail. Serve and enjoy your exquisite gin and tonic creation!

AROMA
Distinctive juniper is recognizable from the first sip, followed by a mélange of berries and herbaceous essences. Here is a gin that is smooth, full of flavor and complexity.

The recognizable taste in our London Dry comes from thyme and basil blending with juniper – all three create the distinctive, herbaceous note known as beta-myrcene. We then add overtones of lingonberry, European blueberries and lavender for more complexity. This is a traditional juniper-forward gin made in a new way, resulting in a large and lasting taste profile, staying on your palate for longer.
