INGREDIENTS
2 oz canned coconut milk
1 oz Purity Connoisseur 51 Reserve Organic Vodka
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
1 serving peach purée (recipe below)
Sparkling water
Peach slice for garnish
Peach purée:
Blend 1 large ripe peach with 1 tablespoon agave until smooth.
METHOD
In a cocktail shaker, combine all the ingredients with ice until creamy. Strain over ice, top with sparkling water, and garnish with a peach slice.
