Old Tom Cocoa

A warm winter drink that’s easy to love

INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Purity Old Tom 34 Organic Gin 5–6 oz hot cocoa 1 tsp honey or 0.5 oz chocolate syrup 2–3 drops peppermint extract or 0.25 oz white Crème de Menthe Garnish with toasted marshmallow or small candy cane

METHOD
Prepare hot cocoa and pour it into a heat-safe mug. Stir in honey or chocolate syrup until smooth. Add Purity Old Tom and optional peppermint or Crème de Menthe. Stir gently. Garnish and serve warm.
