The Northern Lights Gimlet takes the classic gin gimlet to new heights with Purity Navy Strength Gin. The powerful yet refined gin mingles with fresh lime and a hint of sweetness, creating a cocktail as striking as the Northern Lights—a balance of boldness and smoothness that lingers.
Ingredients
2 oz / 6 cl Purity Navy Strength Organic Gin
3/4 oz / 2 cl fresh lime juice
1/2 oz / 1.5 cl simple syrup
Optional: A dash of egg white for a frothy texture*
*: If you prefer not to use egg white for creating foam, opt for a cocktail foaming product as an alternative to achieve the same frothy texture.
Method
Add Purity Navy Strength Gin, lime juice, and simple syrup to a shaker. If you’d like a frothy texture, add a dash of egg white. Dry shake (without ice) to build froth, then add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a sprig of juniper berries for a Nordic touch.
