Ingredients
2 oz / 6 cl Purity Nordic London Dry Organic Gin
1/2 oz / 1.5 cl dry vermouth
2 dashes orange bitters
Fresh rosemary or thyme sprig for garnish
Method
In a mixing glass, combine Purity Nordic London Dry Gin, dry vermouth, and orange bitters. Add ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or Martini glass. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary or thyme for an added aromatic touch. Enjoy the delicate golden hue and layered botanical notes.
