The Midsummer Martini captures the essence of Nordic summer with the smoothness of Purity Connoisseur 51 Reserve, enhanced by a touch of elderflower and citrus. This cocktail balances floral sweetness with refreshing brightness, making it perfect for warm, sunlit celebrations inspired by Midsummer.
INGREDIENTS
2 oz / 6 cl Purity Connoisseur 51 Reserve Vodka
1/2 oz / 1.5 cl elderflower liqueur
3/4 oz / 2 cl fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz / 1.5 cl simple syrup
Edible flower or lemon twist, for garnish
METHOD
In a shaker, combine Purity Connoisseur 51 Reserve, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup. Add ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with an edible flower or lemon twist. Enjoy the bright, floral flavors that capture the spirit of Midsummer’s endless daylight.
