2 oz Purity Old Tom 34 Organic Gin 1 oz cranberry juice ½ oz cinnamon syrup ¾ oz lime juice Dash of orange bitters Prosecco to top Garnish with fresh cranberries & thyme sprig
METHOD
In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, cranberry juice, cinnamon syrup, lime juice, and bitters with ice. Shake briefly to chill, then strain into a glass filled with fresh ice. Top with Prosecco and garnish with cranberries and a thyme sprig.
