INGREDIENTS
1 cup Purity Connoisseur 51 Reserve Organic Vodka
1 sliced grapefruit
1½ cups fresh grapefruit juice
1 bottle chilled dry white wine
2 tbsp elderflower liqueur
Top with sparkling water
METHOD
In a large pitcher, combine grapefruit slices and vodka. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes to infuse. Add fresh grapefruit juice, chilled wine, elderflower liqueur, and fresh herbs. Stir gently.
