INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Purity Connoisseur 51 Reserve Organic Vodka
0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
0.5 oz lemon juice
2 oz prosecco
Top with soda water
Garnish with a lemon slice
METHOD
Fill a stemmed wine glass with ice, then add vodka, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice. Pour in Prosecco and stir gently. Top with soda water to taste and garnish with a lemon wheel.
