SIGNATURE MARTINI
For the Purity Signature Martini, achieving a luxuriously smooth mouthfeel is key. To accomplish this, the cocktail should be prepared ice-cold and without ice dilution.
To create the perfect version of this cocktail, high-quality vodka with a smooth profile is necessary. The vodka's purity allows the flavors to be more prominent, making it the ideal base for this signature martini. Additionally, using a vermouth with enough character to complement the vodka and make its presence known in the drink is crucial.

Ingredients
4 parts Purity Connoisseur 51 Reserve Organic Vodka
1/4 part dry vermouth

Method
To make a perfect Purity Martini, begin by placing the vodka bottle and the serving glassware in the freezer overnight. This will ensure that both the vodka and the glassware are as cold as possible.
When it's time to serve, take the frozen glass out of the freezer and pour in a small amount of chilled vermouth. Swirl the vermouth around in the glass until the inside is coated, then discard any remaining liquid.
Next, pour the cold vodka directly into the glass. Take a lemon peel and gently squeeze it over the drink to express the oils, which will coat the surface of the drink.
To add a final touch, rub the lemon peel around the rim of the glass, then drop it into the drink as a garnish. Enjoy your delicious and refreshing martini!
