Thyme for Nordic is a Nordic twist on the Bee’s Knees, the honey-and-lemon classic from the 1920s whose name was period slang for “the very best”. Here, fresh apple and garden herbs take it somewhere greener and more Scandinavian.

Vodka 34 Signature Edition brings Effortless Smoothness to the mix, a balanced, gentle base that lets the herbs, honey and apple come through clearly. Earthy and fresh, with a soft finish that makes it an easy companion for any evening.

Herbal, bright and quietly sophisticated.

How to make it

Fill a rocks glass with fresh ice.

Add Vodka 34 Signature Edition, fresh lemon juice, honey rosemary syrup and apple juice to a cocktail shaker.

Fill with ice and shake for about 12 seconds, until well chilled.

Strain into the glass over fresh ice and garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme.

From the Master Blender

Clap the thyme sprig once between your palms before you place it on the drink. It wakes up the oils, so you get the aroma with every sip. For the syrup, taste after ten minutes of steeping: rosemary turns bitter if you leave it too long.
