2 oz / 6 cl Purity Mediterranean Citrus Spritz 34 Flavored Vodka
3 oz / 9 cl dry sparkling wine, chilled
1 oz / 3 cl soda water
1 grapefruit wheel

Fill a large wine glass with ice.
Pour in the chilled sparkling wine, then add Mediterranean Citrus Spritz 34.
Top with a splash of soda water.
Tuck a grapefruit wheel into the glass and give one gentle stir.
