Curl a long lemon ribbon around the inside of a tall highball glass.
Fill the glass with clear ice.
Pour in Vodka 34 Signature Edition, then top slowly with chilled soda water.
Give one gentle lift with a bar spoon and serve.
Use a vegetable peeler to cut one long, unbroken ribbon from top to bottom of the lemon, then curl it inside the glass before adding the ice. Keep the soda in the fridge: the colder everything is, the longer the bubbles last.
