Copper is where the Purity story begins: approximately 20 hours of extended copper surface contact across 51 levels, all in pursuit of True Smoothness. The Copper Hour brings that copper to the table.

A small, ice-cold pour of Vodka 51 Connoisseur Reserve and one salty bite, served together on a copper tray. Salt meets silk. The vodka arrives soft and rounded, and the moment feels like a ritual rather than a drink.

One pour. One bite. One smile.

How to make it

Chill small tasting glasses and a copper tray in advance.

Pour 3 cl of ice-cold Vodka 51 Connoisseur Reserve into each glass.

Place each glass on the copper tray next to one salty bite: caviar on a blini, a fresh oyster or a crisp chip.

Bite first, then sip.

From the Master Blender

Keep the bottle in the freezer and the glasses too. Take the bite first, then the sip: the salt opens the palate, and the vodka’s texture comes through even more. Serve it as a welcome for guests, or as the first moment of a dinner.
