The spritz has become the drink of long summer evenings, from Venetian piazzas to Stockholm rooftops. The Summer Spritz gives it a fresh, lemony Purity twist.

Citron 34 brings bright lemon on the smooth foundation of Purity 34, Aperol adds its gentle bittersweet orange, and a touch of honey rounds everything off. Topped with soda, it stays light and lively from the first sip to the last.

Golden hour, in a glass.

How to make it

Fill a large wine glass with ice.

Add Citron 34, Aperol, honey syrup and lemon juice and stir gently.

Top with club soda.

Garnish with an orange slice and serve.

From the Master Blender

Make the honey syrup in advance and keep it in the fridge. Raw honey stiffens on ice and won’t mix, while the syrup blends in instantly and gives the spritz a silky roundness.
