1.5 oz / 4.5 cl Purity Citron 34 Vodka Organic
1/2 oz / 1.5 cl fresh lemon juice
4 oz / 12 cl sparkling water, chilled

Citron Spritzer
Sometimes the simplest drinks are the ones you come back to most. The Citron Spritzer is exactly that: Citron 34, a squeeze of fresh lemon and plenty of cold sparkling water.
With nothing to hide behind, the spirit has to be good. Citron 34 brings natural, sun-ripe lemon flavor on the smooth foundation of Purity 34, and the bubbles lift it into something crisp and refreshing.

Fill a highball glass with large ice cubes.
Add Citron 34 and fresh lemon juice.
Top with chilled sparkling water and give one gentle stir.
Garnish with a lemon wheel.
Use the coldest, most sparkling water you can find and add it last. A few large ice cubes melt slower than crushed ice, so the spritzer stays crisp until the final sip.
