The Gimlet has naval roots: gin and lime were long associated with sailors of the 19th century, when citrus was carried at sea. It was only a matter of time before it met a Navy Strength gin.

Gin 34 Navy Strength brings concentrated juniper, citrus and spice at 57.1% ABV, yet remains remarkably composed. Fresh lime and a silky foam soften the edges, and the drink glows pale green like the northern lights over a winter sky.

Bold, bright and beautifully balanced.

How to make it

Chill a coupe glass.

Add Gin 34 Navy Strength, lime juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker. Shake without ice for about 10 seconds.

Add ice and shake again until well chilled.

Double strain into the chilled coupe and finish with fresh lime zest.

From the Master Blender

With a Navy Strength gin, measure precisely. The extra strength carries more flavor, so a slightly smaller pour gives you a fuller, more aromatic drink than a standard gin would.
