In early summer, Swedish gardens are full of old-fashioned roses, their scent heavy in the warm evening air. The Nordic Rose Bloom captures that moment in a glass.

Gin 34 Old Tom brings a soft, rounded body that suits floral flavors beautifully. Rose syrup adds perfume, raspberry liqueur a ripe berry depth, and fresh lemon keeps it all bright and balanced.

A garden in bloom, one sip at a time.

How to make it

Chill a coupe glass.

Add Gin 34 Old Tom, lemon juice, rose syrup and raspberry liqueur to a shaker.

Fill with ice and shake for about 12 seconds, until well chilled.

Strain into the chilled coupe and float an edible rose petal on top.

From the Master Blender

Rose is powerful. Start with a little less syrup than the recipe, taste, then add more drop by drop. The drink should smell of roses but taste of fruit and gin.
