The classic dry Martini has been the measure of a good gin for more than a century: nowhere to hide, nothing to distract. The Nordic Herb Martini keeps that purity and adds a breath of the Swedish countryside.

Gin 34 Nordic London Dry already carries thyme and basil among its botanicals, alongside juniper, lingonberry and lavender. A fresh sprig of rosemary or thyme in the glass brings those herbal notes forward, while dry vermouth and a dash of orange bitters keep the drink crisp and structured.

Classic structure, Nordic character.

How to make it

Chill a Martini glass or Nick & Nora.

Add Gin 34 Nordic London Dry, dry vermouth and orange bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice.

Stir for about 30 seconds, until very cold.

Strain into the chilled glass and garnish with a fresh rosemary or thyme sprig.

From the Master Blender

Clap the herb sprig once between your palms before placing it in the glass. It wakes up the aroma, so the first thing you notice is the herb, followed by the clean juniper of the gin.
