Elderflowers bloom across Sweden in June, and their sweet, honeyed scent is the smell of early summer. The Nordic Garden Highball brings that season into a tall, light glass.

Gin 34 Old Tom gives a soft, rounded base, dry vermouth adds a fine, wine-like dryness, and elderflower brings its gentle floral sweetness. Topped with soda, it is light enough for a long afternoon in the garden.

Long, floral and effortlessly elegant.

How to make it

Fill a highball glass with ice.

Add Gin 34 Old Tom, dry vermouth and elderflower liqueur.

Top with chilled soda water and stir once, gently.

Garnish with an edible flower.

From the Master Blender

Build it in the glass over plenty of ice and stir just once after adding the soda. A highball should stay lively, and every extra stir costs you bubbles.
