3/4 oz / 2 cl fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz / 1.5 cl simple syrup
1/4 oz / 1 cl egg white

The Nordic Cloud is a classic sour at heart: spirit, citrus and sugar in balance, softened by a crown of silky foam. Bartenders have shaken sours this way since the 1800s, and the simple pattern still delivers one of the most satisfying textures in any glass.

Vodka 34 Signature Edition brings Effortless Smoothness to the base, so the lemon feels bright rather than sharp and the foam stays light and creamy. Three drops of orange bitters on top add aroma with every sip.

Light, frothy and quietly elegant. Like sipping a cloud.

How to make it

Chill a coupe glass.

Add Vodka 34 Signature Edition, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to a cocktail shaker. Shake hard without ice for about 15 seconds to build the foam.

Add ice and shake again for another 15 seconds, until well chilled.

Strain into the chilled coupe, let the foam settle, then add three dashes of orange bitters on top.

From the Master Blender

Dot the bitters onto the foam, then drag a cocktail pick gently through the drops to make a small pattern. It looks beautiful, and the aroma of orange meets you before the first sip.
