Think of a Swedish archipelago in summer: deep blue water, granite islands and a clear northern sky. The Nordic Blue Martini borrows that color for a cocktail that is as striking as it is balanced.

Gin 34 Nordic London Dry brings juniper, herbs and Nordic berries, and a touch of blue curaçao adds bitter-orange sweetness and its unmistakable color. A little dry vermouth keeps the drink crisp, so it tastes as clean as it looks.

How to make it

Chill a Martini glass.

Add Gin 34 Nordic London Dry, blue curaçao and dry vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice.

Stir for about 25 seconds, until very cold.

Strain into the chilled glass and express a lemon twist over the top.

From the Master Blender

Stir rather than shake to keep the color crystal clear. A shaken blue Martini turns cloudy; a stirred one glows.
