After a long Nordic winter, the first blossoms of spring feel like a small celebration. In Sweden, elderflower has been picked and made into cordial for generations, a taste of early summer kept in a bottle.

The Nordic Blossom brings that tradition into a tall, sparkling glass. Elderflower, cranberry and fresh grapefruit meet Vodka 34 Signature Edition, whose Effortless Smoothness keeps everything light and balanced. Floral, fruity and gently bright, with a clean finish.

As fresh as spring air. Easy to make, easy to love.

How to make it

Fill a highball glass with ice.

Add Vodka 34 Signature Edition, cranberry juice, elderflower syrup and fresh grapefruit juice.

Stir gently with a long spoon to bring everything together, then top with club soda.

Finish with an edible flower or a dehydrated orange wheel.

From the Master Blender

Build this one straight in the glass and stir gently before the soda goes in, then once more, very lightly, after. Use plenty of ice: the more ice, the slower it melts, and the longer the drink stays crisp and sparkling.
