Along Italy’s Amalfi coast, lemon groves blossom in spring and the air smells of citrus long before the fruit is ripe. The Lemon Blossom brings that feeling to the glass: limoncello, fresh lemon and a crown of Prosecco.

Citron 34 adds bright, natural lemon flavor on the smooth foundation of Purity 34, so the drink tastes layered and sunny rather than simply sweet. The bubbles carry the aroma straight to you.

Celebration, with a twist of lemon.

How to make it

Chill a flute glass.

Add Citron 34, limoncello, agave nectar and lemon juice to a shaker with ice and shake briefly.

Strain into the chilled flute.

Top slowly with Prosecco and garnish with a lemon twist.

From the Master Blender

Shake the base, then pour the Prosecco gently on top in the glass. Never shake bubbles: you lose them in the shaker, and the drink loses its sparkle.
