December in Sweden is candlelight, cinnamon and long dark evenings that call for something festive. The Holiday Gin Fizz is made for exactly those nights.

Gin 34 Old Tom brings a softer, rounder gin character with a gentle touch of sweetness. Cranberry and cinnamon add seasonal warmth, lime keeps it bright, and Prosecco turns it into a celebration.

Festive, sparkling and beautifully balanced.

How to make it

Chill a flute or coupe.

Add Gin 34 Old Tom, cranberry juice, cinnamon syrup, lime juice and orange bitters to a shaker with ice and shake briefly.

Strain into the chilled glass.

Top slowly with Prosecco and garnish with fresh cranberries or an orange twist.

From the Master Blender

Drop three or four frozen cranberries into the glass before pouring. They look like little ornaments, keep the drink cold and slowly release a hint of tartness.
