Tropical drinks can easily get loud.

With Vodka 51 Connoisseur Reserve at the heart, pineapple, citrus and grenadine stay juicy and bright, while the texture stays soft and polished.

Playful in the glass. Smooth on the palate.

How to make it

Chill a martini glass.

Add Vodka 51 Connoisseur Reserve, pineapple juice, triple sec, fresh lemon juice and grenadine to a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake hard for 12 to 15 seconds. Pineapple juice foams beautifully when it is shaken well.

Strain into the chilled glass so the light froth settles on top.

Garnish with a wedge or thin slice of pineapple on the rim.

From the Master Blender

Fresh pineapple juice makes all the difference. It shakes up into a finer, lighter froth. Add the grenadine last and taste as you go: a quarter ounce is enough to give color and a gentle sweetness without hiding the fruit.
