Some drinks are made for sharing. This one is built in a pitcher, so you can pour, talk and stay with your guests instead of standing behind the bar.

Fresh grapefruit brings brightness, chilled white wine keeps it light, and a touch of elderflower adds a soft floral note. Vodka 51 Connoisseur Reserve ties it all together with a smooth, rounded base, so the citrus feels lively without ever turning sharp.

Effortless to make. Easy to love. Made for long tables and good company.

How to make it

Set the servings to 8 above for a full pitcher, or make it one glass at a time.

Place the grapefruit slices in a large pitcher, pour over the Vodka 51 Connoisseur Reserve and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes to infuse.

Add the fresh grapefruit juice, the chilled white wine and the elderflower liqueur, then stir gently with a long spoon.

Pour over ice into wine glasses, top each glass with sparkling water and garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of fresh mint.

From the Master Blender

Give the grapefruit slices ten to fifteen minutes in the vodka before you add anything else. The fruit releases its oils and the whole pitcher tastes fresher and more rounded. Keep the wine and sparkling water in the fridge until the very last moment, so the drink stays cold without needing too much ice.
